Live shows feature a mixture of local artists and established international acts making electronic, experimental and post-rock music. Past gigs have featured bands such as Guapo, Venetian Snares, Khanate and Sunburned Hand of the Man. Nuts & SeedsNuts and Seeds promote independent music in Glasgow. We have been in existence in one form or another since 2002 putting on gigs for bands touring the UK. All the money made on the door going to covering costs and paying the bands and consequently there are no guestlists. Every effort is made to keep music inclusive, cheap, anti-elitist and fun. Since 2008 we have also produced Retreat!, an award-winning annual festival celebrating local DIY music-making.
